Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Maurico Domoniq, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns, exchanges, or store credits under certain conditions. Please read our policy carefully.
Returns
- You may return your purchase within 14 days after the delivery date.
- All products must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original Maurico Domoniq tags attached.
- Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, underwear briefs cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please retain your tracking code link as proof of shipping.
- Photos or videos of any damage must be submitted as part of the return process.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full store credit of the purchase price. The product(s) must be undamaged, unaltered, unsoiled, unused, unworn, and unwashed (except for trying them on) and in the same state as sold. All labels or tags should remain intact and attached, and the product(s) should be returned in or with their original packaging.
Exchanges and Credits
We are happy to offer exchanges or store credits for defective products. Exchange is available for unworn items returned in their original condition and packaging, along with the fully completed return form. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Credits will only be provided for items returned within 14 days after the delivery. Items showing signs of damage not resulting from a manufacturing fault will not be accepted, including accidental, malicious, or wearer-related damages.
Once we receive and approve your return, please allow approximately 7 to 10 business days for processing your credit.
Sunglass Warranty
Our eyewear undergoes rigorous quality checks, but in the unlikely event of a manufacturing or craftsmanship issue within 365 days of purchase, we will provide you with a new frame at no cost to you. This warranty does not cover scratches on sun lenses, damages caused by accidents, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage, unauthorized modifications or repairs, or normal wear and tear.
Store Credit
If you haven't received your store credit as expected, please contact us at help@mauricodomoniq.com.
Damaged Items
While we inspect all items for quality, if you receive a damaged product, please contact us at help@mauricodomoniq.com for a replacement. Damaged items during shipment must be reported within 7 days after delivery. Return costs for faulty items, upon verification of packaging damage through images, will be covered by Maurico Domoniq. We will issue a store credit for the damaged goods, and you can place a new order.
